1. The Bunkhouse Marker
Inscription. The building was constructed by, the Vail Company in 1910. At the end of a day a ranch hand would enter the sitting room at the west end of the building to converse or play a game of cards. He would sleep in a bunkroom shared with another ranch hand. Twelve double rooms flanked a central hallway in the bunkhouse, with a shower room at the east end.
