An original Met…Emmy award-winning broadcaster for the Mets over six decades…formed one of baseball's prominent broadcasting teamswith Lindsey Nelson and Bob Murhpy…well-known for his post-game interviews with players on "Kiner's Korner"…the Mets home TV booth is named in his honor…during his 10-year playing career he hit 369 home runs…elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1975.
