1. WWI Memorial Trail Marker
Inscription.
The Memorial Arch was completed in 1929 and is dedicated to all Cabell County's World War I Soldiers. These 91 trees were planted in the 1920s to honor the Soldiers from Cabell County who died for their Country in World War I. There are 15 signs placed along this Trail with the Soldiers' basic information. Further information is available on the "Cabell County World War I Memorial Boulevard" pages on The Clio app and Website, www.theclio.com. This 1.4 mile loop runs from Seventh Street West to Thirteenth Street West along both sides of Memorial Boulevard.
