1. "Kentuck" Marker
Inscription. The homestead which David Crockett occupied and named in 1812 is now marked by a well standing in a field 3-1/2 miles south and to the east of this road. From here he went to the Creek War; his first wife died here. In 1816 he married Elizabeth Patton, a widow, and, late in 1817, moved to Lawrence County.
 
Erected by Tennessee Historical Commission. (Marker Number 2E 32.)

Location. Marker has been reported missing. It was located near 35° 6.04′ N, 86° 13.33′ W. Marker was in Belvidere, Tennessee, in Franklin County.
