In commemoration of the patriotism of our comrades who went forth at the call of their country to serve in the World War and in memory of those who died that liberty might live.
Take up our quarrel with the foe. To you, from falling hands, we throw the torch, Be yours to hold it high. If you break faith with us who die, We shall not sleep, though poppies blow In Flanders Field.
