1. F-14 Tomcat Marker
Inscription. For more than three decades (1970–2006), the Grumman F-14 Tomcat was the US Navy's premier carrier-based multi-role fighter jet. One of the greatest aircraft in naval aviation history, the two-place, twin-engine, variable sweep-wing F-14 became an icon of American air power.

Dedicated to the memory of one of the finest pilots to ever fly the F-14, Capt. Dale "Snort" Snodgrass. Dale grew up on Long Island and his dad, Reuben, was an engineering test pilot at Grumman.

Also dedicated to all the men and women of Grumman who designed, built, or flew the F-14 Tomcat.
