Inscription. John Walvins' contributions to Prince William County began shortly began after his graduation from Virginia Tech when he moved his young family to Woodbridge to work in management for Hylton Enterprises in developing Dale City. In addition to his many contributions to the business community, he orchestrated and managed the construction of three Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Washington to serve thousands of our youth, for which has received a commendation for his untiring efforts. He has consistently shared his time, expertise and leadership with the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU), the Prince William Chamber of Commerce, the Salvation Army, Action in Community Through Service (ACTS), as board member and Woodbridge Rotary as past President.
