Regarding McChesney & Miller Grocery Store. McChesney & Miller first opened in Glen Ellyn in the 1860s. It left this location for a new one a block north on Pennsylvania Avenue, where it was located for 20 years until moving to its final location at 460 Crescent Blvd. The business was one of the oldest continuously run businesses in DuPage County when it closed for good in October of 2014.
