Regarding McChesney & Miller Grocery Store. McChesney & Miller first opened in Glen Ellyn in the 1860s. After leaving this location, it was a block north on Pennsylvania Avenue for 20 years, until it moved to its final location at 460 Crescent Boulevard. The business was one of the oldest continuously run businesses in DuPage County when it closed for good in October of 2014.
