1. South Eldridge Block/Greenbaum Building Marker

Inscription. This Italianate building of 23 bays originally extended south to the end of the block. Wilbur Boothby most likely designed and built the entire Eldridge Block. This building has been occupied by a Greenbaum's family business since 1900. The present storefront dates from the 1930s. It started as a dry good store in 1900, became a fabric store in 1948, and continues as a quilt shop.
