1. St. David Street Bridge Marker
Inscription. The first St. David Street bridge was built of wood in the 1850s. It was replaced with various wood bridges, a steel through truss in 1895, a concrete bowstring arch in 1926 as shown above, and a cantilevered concrete bridge in 1968. With funding from the Province of Ontario, the Township constructed the current concrete girder bridge in 2018.
