1. Bethel “A” Baptist Church Marker
Inscription. Founded in 1919 under the Pastorate of Reverend M.C. Rice and about 4 members of Bethel Baptist Church. The original church was located near the junction of Carver and Oakdale Streets. The present sanctuary was built in 1978 on the site of what was the Fire Baptized Holiness Church.
