Inscription. This milk truck recalls the development of Preston Dairy Products Company. Brothers Hugh and Brack Preston started the firm in the 1920's as a small dairy operation. Three generations of the Preston family led the company through continued expansions, eventually becoming a major distributor of milk and juice products to convenience stores, schools, and military bases throughout the southwestern United States. Preston Dairy was a key employer in the Burkburnett community through the 1990's. Many little league baseball players wore the familiar blue and white logo of Preston Dairy on teams sponsored by the company.
