1. Princess Theater Marker
Inscription. This Mediterranean Revival style building was constructed in 1925. It is particularly notable for its unique architecture. The building's first known occupant was the Lakes on Hills Realty Company, operated by Samuel Sadler and Jack Simpson. Mount Dora was experiencing its own land boom in the 1920s, and the realty company made efforts to promote the attributes and beauty of Mount Dora's lakes and hills.
