1. George House Marker
Inscription. This Craftsman Bungalow was built in 1910 for John and Anna George. With its broad porch, picture windows, Orient-inspired eaves, matching garage, and panoramic views of the Santa Monica Bay and Mountains, the George House embodies the unique spirit and lifestyle of Southern California during the pre-World War I era. In the early 1980s, the structure was restored to its original gray color and a small second floor addition was constructed. Designated March 17, 1981.
