1. 20th Regiment Halton Rifles/ 36th Peel Regiment Marker

Inscription. In honoured memory of the over 4,000 men of the 20th Regiment Halton Rifles and the 36th Peel Regiment who served in the First Contingent (1st and 4th Bn), the Perpetuated Battalions (37th, 74th, 76th, 126th, 164th 234th) and other units of the Canadian Expeditionary Force 1914 - 1918.

Especially remembered are those who died while serving King and Country.

Placed by the Lorne Scots Regimental Association to mark the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War.
