1. Ontario Masonic Hall Marker
Inscription. Constructed by the Ontario Masonic Lodge in the Neoclassical Commercial style of architecture, white brick veneer and intricate dentil details on the cornice enhances the front faηade. Accentuating the second story is a decorative triangular pediment over recessed brickwork arranged vertically to give the illusion of Classical Roman columns. The two-story building housed the Masonic Lodge on the upper floor. A public library and the People's Mutual Savings and Loan Association occupied the first floor until the loan company moved next door into their new building. The building represents the early social, cultural and commercial activity in Ontario.

Erected 1998 by City of Ontario, California. (Marker Number 21.)
