106 Broad Street. C. 1870. Two-story, six-bay frame house originally built as a two-story, three-bay frame house, original section has an interior gable end chimney and east wall covered in shingle while remainder of house has sawn weatherboard siding, west section is narrower than east half and has a central chimney stack, gable roof, frame and post porch over middle two bays,rear one-story wing.
