Inscription. Allan Emrick was a dedicated Public Utility District employee who was committed to his family, his community, and his job. Much of the fiber optic communication revolution successes that occurred in Pend Oreille County in the late 1990s were a product of Allan's diligence and expertise. He was proud to be a part of the PUD and loved working here. 1958-2005
