1. Supervisor's House Marker

Inscription.
Olympia Cotton Mills' original village, completed along Olympia Avenue between 1900 and 1903, featured simple cottages with electricity and direct access to water. A later subdivision, designed by architect George E. Lafaye and completed in 1919, featured Craftsman-style bungalows, a since-demolished superintendent's house, and three two-story residences—including this one—built for the mill's upper-management.
