W. A. Bay House 225 Pearl Street
The W. A. Bay Home was built circa 1898-1900. When the Bays acquired the property there existed on site a two-room wood-framed cabin and an older three-room log cabin. Around 1900, the Bays built the core of this more modern ranch house. The Bay family owned the house until 1930. A later owner, Ann Yates Oliver, added a single-story addition to the west side of the house, in 1950.
