On April 9th, 2025 the City of Beverly Hills' Cultural Heritage Commission presented theatre owner Shawn Far, accompanied by his son Ahrya, with a Beverly Hills Historic Landmark plaque for the Fine Arts Ahrya Theater, designated historic landmark #35.

Michael Hall's Screening Services Group assumed management November 1, 2019. They had been the operators from 2005 to 2009 when the building had been owned by Italian distributor Cecchi Gori.
The theatre is available for rentals and private screenings as well as offering a regular series of film events to the public. "Ahrya" has been taken off the name and it's once again known as the Fine Arts Theatre.
