1. Sold! Marker
At the end of June 2024, J.P. Bryan received four phone calls about the Hotel within a few days of each other from people he knew who had been supporting the Save the Luther campaign. A couple of days later he joined the PPA on a Zoom call. He stopped our presentation shortly after we got started to say that he didn't need convincing that the project was a worthy one and said, "I'm in!"
Mr. Bryan bought the Hotel on August 19, 2024, AND pledged to restore it to its former glory!
