Teodoro M. Kalaw

Patriot, historian, and writer. Born in Lipa, Batangas, 31 March 1884; Secretary of the National Assembly, 1913–1916; Director of the National Library, 1916–1917 and 1929–1939; First President of the Academia Hispano-Americano de Cadiz in the Philippines, 1925. Passed away in Manila, 4 December 1940.
