The Jean B. Eckhoff Memorial Chimes
These chimes rang for the first time on September 1, 1991 to commemorate the beginning of the partnership between Texas Southmost College and the University of Texas at Brownsville. They ring thereafter to remind us of Jean Eckhoffs devoted years of service to the students of Texas Southmost College.
