38 Maryland Avenue has been a fixture of Annapolis since 1878. This property was once owned by Samuel Chase, who signed the Declaration of Independence. Once a private residence, the property has been thoughtfully reimagined as five distinctive apartments-preserving its historic charm while embracing modern living in the heart of Downtown Annapolis.
