Built in the 1920s, this property was one of the last mixed-use buildings constructed on Maryland Avenue in the 20th century. The upper level is a luxurious apartment with beautiful views above the antique store below. Previously, the building served various roles—including a saloon and boutique on the lower level and a residence above—reflecting its rich and various history.
