Inscription.
Esta seccion de la muralla de la ciudad de San Juan se conoce como el Bastion de la Derecha de San Justo y Pastor. Protegia la Puerta de San Justo y el frente de la Bahia de San Juan. Se considera que la garita fue aρadida entre 1766 y 1790, periodo de mejoras y ampliaciones a las murallas.

La remodelacion del bastion san justo se realizo mayormente en 1994, como un esfuerzo conjunto de Citibank, la Compania de Turismo de Puerto Rico y el departamento de transportacion y obras publicas.

This section of the wall of the city of San Juan is known as the Bastion de la Derecha de San Justo y Pastor. It protected the Gate of San Justo and the San Juan Bay waterfront. It is believed that the sentry box was added between 1766 and 1790, a period when the city wall was reinforced and enlarged.

The modern renovation of the bastion was carried out mostly in 1994, as a joint project between Citibank, the Puerto Rico Tourism Company and the public works administration.
