In memory of the many sacrifices of Lakewood veterans in service to their country in time of conflict.
Rededicated to the memory of the men and women who suffered brutality, staration, and torture as prisoners of war in these conflicts.
Erected 1992 by Lakewood Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 387; The Barbed Wire Buckeye Chapter of American Ex-Prisoners of War.
