Covent Garden in City of Westminster in Greater London, England, United Kingdom — Northwestern Europe (the British Isles)
Brewmaster
A pub called 'The Swiss Stores' was recorded in 1856 to have stood on this site and was later re-named 'The Braumeister'. The title is given to someone who studies the fine art of brewing.
(we certainly know a good ale!)
The building was rebuilt after WWII taking the anglicised name 'Brewmaster' & incorporated the northern line station of Leicester Square.
Sidney Webb, the founder of the London School of Economics, was born in a house on this site in 1859. A green plaque can be found on the north side.
Cheers!
