2. Veterans Memorial at the Glenn Maker American Legion Post in Chicago Ridge

World War II. Maker enlisted in the Army in 1939 and served for almost six years. He was wounded in Belgium during the Battle of the Bulge and died there on January 4, 1945. He is buried at Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery and Memorial in Belgium.
