"The Sterling House"
The Front Porch
| | Leonardtown, MD | |
Purchased in 1911 by Lynwood J. Sterling and Ruth E. Sterling, this grand estate was home to the Sterling family and their seventeen children and remained in the family until 2005.
This historic landmark, host to a multitude of occasions and traditions, was a central part of the daily lives of the townspeople.
Purchased in 2006 for restoration, it is with honor and pleasure that we open the doors of this impressive home to once again serve the citizens.
May all who enter be embraced by the spirit of The Sterling House.
