This memorial, dedicated on September 11, 2025, by the Allen County 9/11 Memorial Foundation, honors the victims, their families, and the heroism of first responders. Embedded within are authentic artifacts: steel from the World Trade Center, limestone from the Pentagon, and a stone from Shanksville.
