Regarding 233-239 Jefferson Avenue. A contributing building to the Moundsville Commercial Historic District (added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 17, 1995), this structure was completed in 1910. It is a three-story, red brick, commercial building with a flat roof. The primary storefront entrance is flanked by large display windows.
