1. About Evangelical Friends and Military Service
Evangelical Friends are a part of Quaker traditions. While Quakerism as a whole leans heavily toward religious pacifism, the Evangelical Friends are a bit less strict on this tenant. Hence, we find a veterans memorial in a Quaker burial ground in Ohio.
