1. The Anderson Schoolhouse Marker
Milton Township School No. 5 was built ca. June 1900 by Tinsley & Tobias, Brick Contractors, using the same bricks and sandstone foundation of the previous school, built November 1889 and destroyed by fire November 1899.
In the month of January 1900, the tearing down of the previous schoolhouse and cleaning of 22,000 bricks was completed by Messrs. White, Weddell, and Hoover.
