1. Coach William W. "Bill" Collick Marker

Inscription. Coach William W. (Bill) Collick has coached, taught, and served as an administrator throughout five decades (70's, 80's, 90's, 2000's, and 2010's) within the state of Delaware. His level of coaching has spanned from the jr. high school level through to the college level. His coaching career includes wrestling, football, and track. It is felt that Coach Collick's consistent success came about as a result of his desire to holistically teach and coach student-athletes, while including both parents and outstanding staff. His win-loss records speak for themselves however, his ability to change school climate and team cultures at institutions of learning, are felt to be the focal points that have led to the high expectations for his overall successes as an educator and coach. Coach Collick is described by his colleagues, students, and community members alike as a leader, a motivator, a mentor, and a friend. Although he retired from the classroom and coaching, he continues to be an active member in the school community. He has spent countless hours volunteering in various capacities, including as a member of the Cape Henlopen
