Erected 2008 by Shanksville Volunteer Fire Department.

Volunteer Fire Department, the first fire service on the scene at the impact site of United Airlines Flight 93 in Stonycreek Township on September 11, 2001. It is mounted on top of a pentagon-shaped platform.
