Professor of Economics 1960 - 1987

A dedicated and revered professor for 27 years Albert Gray served as department head and won the Strosacker Award for Teaching Excellence. He dedicated his life to understanding the causes of poverty in this country and in the third world. During leaves, he taught in Egypt, Nigeria and Mogadishu. After retirement, he taught, without pay, at two historically Black colleges. He will be remembered as an outstanding teacher and humanitarian dedicated to improving the human condition through nonviolence.
