1. The Windber Town Clock Marker

Inscription.
The Windber town clock was built in 1908 by the New England Clock Co.

It was originally purchased and displayed by the Dietz Jewelry Store which was located at 1430 Graham Avenue.

The clock stands here today because many people contributed to saving it along the way. It was cared for, purchased, stored, sold, auctioned off, bought, restored, repaired, but above all loved.

This clock is a testament to the spirit, determination and heritage of Windber and its people.
