Honorary Doctor of Laws Degree 1982

Willard "Bill" Hagenmeyer, dedicated trustee, prominent businessman and community leader, provided outstanding service to Baldwin-Wallace College for many years. A three-year letterman, Bill was also an active leader in a variety of campus organizations. As a trustee, he served as National Chairman of the Annual Fund and established the Detroit Area Alumni Club. He received the B-W Alumni Merit Award in 1973 for his accomplishments. The Hagenmeyer Scholarship Fund, which he and his wife established, serves as a lasting tribute to his commitment to students and to Baldwin-Wallace.
