From 1940, when he graduated with a 4.0 GPA from Baldwin-Wallace, until his death in 1995, Jacob O. Kamm brought honor to his alma mater. An astute business leader, he served as a director of numerous corporations. He served B-W as a professor, trustee, and as president of the B-W Alumni Association. The college honored him with an Alumni Merit Award in 1956, an honorary doctor of laws degree in 1963 and with the dedication of Jacob O. Kamm Hall in 1976. He is remembered as an outstanding businessman, professor and trustee and a loyal alumnus of Baldwin-Wallace College.
