As a member of the Board of Trustees for more than thirty-five years, Arthur V. Wilker provided distinguished leadership and support to Baldwin - Wallace College. Following his tenure as a Professor of Chemistry. Dr. Wilker became a prominent business leader and rose to become president of Union Carbide Carbon Products. His commitment to science at Baldwin - Wallace is reflected in the building which bears his name on our campus. As long as Baldwin-Wallace College shall endure, he will live on in the ideals of excellence which he fostered.
