Inscription.
Dedicated music teachers at the conservatory for thirty-one and thirty years respectively, the Schluers also were known as outstanding performers in the Cleveland area. Carl Schluer also taught orchestration and conducting and was the author of a book on score reading. They enriched the lives of students and the Baldwin-Wallace College community through their commitment to music.
