1. Cedo Building (Former LDS Seminary) Marker
Inscription. This building was constructed for Orem's first LDS Seminary. It was dedicated by Elder David O. McKay on May 20, 1931. Orem High School students met here until another seminary was constructed on 400 east. Seminary students from Lincoln Junior High School met in this building until it was sold to the SCERA group. The seminary was first called Sharon Stake Seminary and later, Sharon Seminary, as it served students throughout Orem.
