Inscription.  
The Bakery
The Bakery was added to Upper Canada Village in 1962 as a representation of the 19th century commercial bakeries that produced bread in large quantities to sustain railway, canal, and other itinerant workers who were fed on he job. The design of its large wood-fired bake oven typical of others in the region. Today, the Bakery makes read daily for Willand's Hotel, use in Village programs, and sale at the Village Store.

La Boulangerie
La boulangerie a été ajoutée à Upper Canada Village 1962 commic représentation des boulangeries commerciales du 19 siècle qui produisaient du pain en grande quantité pour nourrir les travailleurs du chemin de fer, du canal et d'autres travailleurs itinérants qui étaient nourris au travail. La conception de son grand four chauffé au bois est typique d'autres fours dans la région. Aujourd'hui, la boulangerie fait du pain tous les jours pour l'hôtel Willard, pour utilisation dans les programmes du Village et pour vente au magasin du Village.
