In 1781 als boerenwoning gebouwd aan de Zomervaart en Haarlem. Dit huis moest in 1973 plaatsmaken voor een nieuwe loods van Houthandel Peltenburg. Na demontage werd het in 1976-1977 op deze plaats herbouwd.

(Built in 1781 as a farmhouse along the Zomervaart in Haarlem. In 1973, the house had to make way for a new warehouse for the Peltenburg timber company. After being dismantled, it was rebuilt at this location in 1976–1977.)
