Sa bhliain 1726 a tógadh an eaglais seo, ar a dtugtar Eaglais Chríost chomh maith, ar láthair eaglaise ó na meánaoiseanna a ndearnadh damáiste di nuair a bhí léigear á dhéanamh ag fórsaí Sasanacha ar Chorcaigh 1690. Baineadh anuas an túr, a bhí 136 troigh ar airde. Is ábhar spéise na leacacha snoite atá sa reilig.

Holy Trinity Church

This church, also known as Christ Church, built in 1726, occupies the site of a medieval church damaged in the siege of Cork by English forces in 1690. Its tower, 136 ft. high, has been taken down. The churchyard contains interesting sculptured slabs.
