1. Byles House Marker
Built for C.N. Byles, known as the "Father of Montesano, pioneer banker in 1887 of the Bank of Montesano, auditor, treasurer, and mayor of Montesano. Disastrous investments in Ocosta real estate, and his death in 1897, forced the sale of the house. The house once had a third story cupola over one corner.
