1. Lerner Building Marker
Inscription.
Moses Harry Lerner was the owner and manager of the Riverside Grain and Milling Company as well as a citrus grower and an office and commercial developer. This building, which bears his name, clearly evokes its period of construction. Joseph R. Schenek of Los Angeles was architect and contractor.
