Inscription.
Frank Donaldson Brown (1885-1965), a former DuPont and General Motors executive, developted the DuPont Analysis, a return on investment (ROI) formula, and revolutionized the world of finance in 1914. Brown bought the former dairy farm in 1936 and built a 40-plus room Colonial Revival-style mansion, seven car garage, greenhouse, stables, pool, and unique fountain on this property which overlooks the Susquehanna River.
